Funds will support mission team work in June
The mission team heading to Cap Haitien, Haiti, on June 21 will hold a spaghetti dinner April 18 at Elliston Zion UMC in Elliston, OH. All funds raised at the dinner will support the mission team's work project.
Those coming for the dinner will receive spaghetti, salad, breadsticks, drink, and dessert in return for a donation of any amount. The dinner will begin at 5 p.m. and will run until the food is gone. All donations are tax deductible, so long as the team can identify the donor. Any checks should be made out to Elliston Zion UMC, with the word "Haiti" on the memo line.
One can get to Zion UMC by taking State Rt. 795 east until it ends at Woodville Road. Continue straight on Moline-Martin road. The road jogs briefly in Martin, OH, then jogs slightly again at Nissen Road. Continue east on Moline-Martin until reaching Elliston-Trowbridge Road. Turn right. The church is the first one on the right hand side as you enter Elliston.
If you have any questions about Living Hope Mission, the organization that will house the team in Haiti, please speak to Rev. Lawrence Keeler.
