Volunteers/supplies needed
REGISTRATION FOR VBS
This year's VBS will take place on
July 20-July 23 from 5:15 pm to 8:30 pm, the theme will be Mount Everest. Registration forms can be found in the office and Narthex.
The following supplies are needed and WILL be returned to you:

Evergreens/Christmas trees (undecorated, Lights ok, but not necessary)

Climbing gear (ropes, backpacks, snowshoes, snow boots, helmets, winter jackets, mittens & hats, tents, lanterns, etc.)
-
White & blue Christmas lights (icicle or regular strings welcome. Make certain strings are labeled for return)
-
Artificial camp fires or cauldron flame light
-
Aluminum ladders
The following supplies are needed but WILL NOT be returned to you:

White batting
-
(long) strips of material
-
Brown paper grocery bags
-
Winter-themed decorations like snowflakes ( No Disney “Frozen” decorations please…we’re “roughing it”)

White bed sheets and/or solid white fabric;

Rolls of white or light blue plastic table coverings

Large carpet tubes
-
Large appliance boxes (i.e. refrigerators).
